1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on Jobzo ("the Platform") as a Job Seeker / Candidate, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the Platform.
2. Own Responsibility Clause
You acknowledge that you are registering on the Platform entirely at your own responsibility and risk. Jobzo acts only as a facilitator that connects job seekers with companies. The Platform:
- Does not guarantee employment, job offers, or interview calls.
- Does not verify or endorse any company listed on the Platform.
- Is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, fraud, misrepresentation, or harm arising from your interaction with any company.
- Is not liable for the working conditions, salary disputes, or any contractual matters between you and any employer.
3. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and profile completion. False information may result in suspension or termination of your account.
4. Privacy & Visibility
- Your basic profile (name, skills, experience) may be visible to registered companies based on Platform's visibility settings.
- Your sensitive contact details (mobile, email, address) will be shown or hidden as per Admin's visibility configuration.
- When details are hidden, a "🔒 Lock" icon appears. Companies may then contact the Platform at 9033685001 for legitimate inquiries.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Create multiple accounts using fake or duplicate credentials.
- Post offensive, illegal, or misleading content.
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or misuse the Platform.
- Demand money from companies or engage in fraudulent activities.
6. Verification by Caller
You acknowledge that when a company contacts you, you must independently verify the company's legitimacy before sharing additional personal information, attending interviews, or accepting offers. The Platform does not endorse any specific employer.
7. Account Suspension
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice in case of any violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or upon receiving valid complaints.
8. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Jobzo, its founders, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue using the Platform.
9. Changes to Terms
The Platform may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
