📜 Terms & Conditions – I'm a Company

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on Jobzo ("the Platform") as a Company / Employer, you and your company agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the Platform.

2. Own Responsibility Clause

The Company acknowledges that registration on the Platform is undertaken entirely at its own responsibility and risk. Jobzo acts only as a facilitator that connects companies with job seekers. The Platform:

  • Does not guarantee any specific candidate, hiring outcome, or quality of applicants.
  • Does not verify or endorse any candidate listed on the Platform.
  • Is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, fraud, misrepresentation, theft, or harm arising from your interaction with any candidate.
  • Is not liable for the conduct, performance, attendance, or contractual issues with any hired person.

3. Accuracy of Company Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about your company including company name, owner details, address, GST number (if applicable), and contact details. Misleading or fake company profiles will be permanently banned.

4. Privacy & Visibility

  • Your basic company profile (company name, industry, location) may be visible to registered candidates based on Platform's visibility settings.
  • Your sensitive details (owner mobile, HR mobile, email, GST, address) will be shown or hidden as per Admin's visibility configuration.
  • When details are hidden, a "🔒 Lock" icon appears. Candidates may then contact the Platform at 9033685001 for legitimate inquiries.

5. Prohibited Activities

The Company agrees NOT to:

  • Post fake job openings or use the Platform for non-hiring purposes (e.g. marketing, scams).
  • Demand any form of payment, deposit, or fee from candidates as a condition of employment.
  • Discriminate based on caste, religion, gender, or other protected categories.
  • Engage in MLM, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent business models.
  • Misuse candidate contact details for spam, harassment, or unsolicited marketing.

6. Verification of Candidates

The Company acknowledges that it must independently verify candidate credentials, background, references, and identity before extending any offer of employment. The Platform does not perform background verification of candidates.

7. Hiring & Employment Terms

Any employment relationship, salary negotiation, contract, or workplace dispute is exclusively between the Company and the Candidate. The Platform has no role or liability in such matters.

8. Account Suspension

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate company accounts without notice for any violation of these terms, repeated complaints from candidates, fraudulent behavior, or misuse of contact information.

9. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Jobzo, its founders, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of business, profit, theft by employee, or any damages arising from your hiring decisions through the Platform.

10. Indemnification

The Company agrees to indemnify and hold the Platform harmless from any claims, damages, or legal proceedings arising from its conduct, postings, or interactions on the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms

The Platform may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By checking the agreement checkbox during registration, the Company confirms that it has read, understood, and accepts these Terms & Conditions in full on behalf of the company and all its representatives.
